Long Term View: We recognize that part of getting a good result for our clients is making sure they are thinking of the big picture. In other words, if you plead guilty and get supervision for retail theft, that certainly is better than going to jail; however, at a bare minimum that arrest will be on your record for five years until after your supervision is over. That could mean you have a hard time getting a job for years. We get calls every day from people who are looking to have their records expunged and were never told by their lawyers about that process. We won’t let you make any decisions without thinking about how it will affect you now and in the future.
Cost Effectiveness: Most of the services we provide are on a flat fee rate including all expungements, traffic cases and usually our DUI’s and misdemeanors. We work hard, but we don’t rip you off. You will usually find that are rates are less than what most firms charge.
